Eggless Chocolate Banana Cake
Bananas are easily available and full of nutrients. I love banana in all forms. Be it banana bread, banana cake or banana muffins. This one is a simple and easy to bake in one bowl recipe. It doesn't need much preps and takes only 10 min to put batter together.

To flavour this cake you can use cinnamon, chocolate, nutmeg powder, ginger powder, walnuts, raisins and hazelnut. With these options you can make multiple combinations like use can use cinnamon and chocolate chips with raisins(which i am using in this recipe). Alternatively you can use cinnamon, ginger and walnuts. If you want to go for only only then use cinnamon with chocolate chips and hazelnut. The world is your oyster.

TIP TO RIPEN BANANAS
There are 2 ways you can easily ripe your banana to make this delicious cake. The first one is really simple keep your bananas in the fridge overnight. Next day yo will have ripen banana. Easy and no fuss at all. Second option is bake your bananas at 180C for 15 min. Choose whichever is easy for you.
WHY RIPEN BANANAS?
After reading a lot of articles and this one you must be thinking what is this with ripen bananas? Well, believe it or not but this ingredient does make a difference. Ripen bananas have a high amount of natural sugar which reduces the need of extra sugar. Also ripen bananas are more flavourful which increases your overall banana flavour in the cake. Ripe bananas when meshed with fork or mixer mixes with the batter evenly and in every bite you get banana taste. So always use ripen bananas.
