Mango Banana Smoothie Bowl

Do you like mangoes? Are you a fan of fruits in general? would you like a healthy, fast and delicious breakfast meal? Give this Mango banana Smoothie Bowl a try. Its my recipe for a healthy and tasty breakfast, specifically for the summers that much less effort to stay healthy in the heat.
Smoothies are my favourite meal replacement. You can have it daily with the freshest of the seasons fruits. It contains anti oxidants and vitamins that detoxes your body, as well as, gives you get the instant jolt of energy to last you the whole day.

People think that smoothies are easy and that you don't really need a recipe for it. Trust me, its much more than that. A brilliant smoothie will contain the perfect combination of fruits that go together and enhances the flavours of individual fruit in it. After a lot of trial getting the perfect combination and the right mix gives the best sensation. and once you get a taste for it, you wont really want it over and over again.
This recipe if perfect for the heat with some inspiration for a tropical treat in your breakfast. I recommend you to try various combinations and adjust to your taste, but for me this doesn't get any more perfect.
Let's begin, first get some frozen bananas and frozen mangoes. It is better to cut your banana and mango on the previous night and leave it in the freezer. Now these are perfect for the morning smoothie. The frozen fruits add thickness to your smoothie but if you want fresh fruits, the smoothie wont be as thick. Don't forget to add 3-4 ice cubes with fresh fruits when blending.
Ingredients:
2 frozen/fresh bananas
1/2 cup mango pieces
3-4 ice cubes if using fresh fruits
1/8 cup milk(optional)
Method:
In a blender jar add your banana, mango, milk(if using) and ice cubes. Blend the mix for 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately and top it with your choice of fruits and nuts.
