No-Bake Chocolate Fridge Cake
Updated: Jun 26, 2020
This is a very simple No-Bake Chocolate Fridge Cake which is rich and full of chocolate flavour. This biscuit base chocolate cake is full of biscuits, marshmallows, KitKat for extra crunch and makes a perfect no-bake dessert for any party.

Chocolate, biscuits and marshmallows all mixed up well in the melted chocolate with butter mixture and then kept in the fridge to set is the easiest cake one can ask for. Such no gas-stove used recipes are very popular among kids. You don't have to be particular with the filling I am using, use whatever you have in your kitchen. You can go with all biscuit base also.
To decorate this cake beautifully I kept aside a few pieces of marshmallows, oreo and little hearts biscuits. In the end, I am topping it with some melted white chocolate(this is optional). If you do give this recipe a try then share your favourite filling and pics with me over facebook and instagram

Ingredients:
100gm dark chocolate
50gm milk chocolate
80gm butter
For Filling:
Few small marshmallows (if using big ones then cut into small pieces)
2-3 Parle-G biscuits
Few oreo biscuits
Few crushed little hearts
1 small pack of KitKat chocolate
A handful of chocolate chips(optional)
Recipe:
Line a small 6'' square pan(or any of your choice) with butter and parchments paper(or aluminium foil).
Either using a double boiler or microwave melt chocolate and butter in a big bowl. Now dunkin all the fillings into the chocolate mixture. Give this a good mix.
Fill the pan with the mixture and top with your fav remaining toppings. At last drizzle some melted white chocolate. Let it set in the fridge for an hour before you slice into it.
Happy Baking!!!!
