No Yeast No-Knead Instant Bread

With mostly all ingredients available in your kitchen, this bread is gonna be a quick and easy option for you to eat and bake. Also, it's perfect for this quarantine time.
When I started posting bread recipes online you all said we don't yeast in our kitchen and I totally agree because its not a daily used item. So I was going through some no-yeast bread options. Then I found this recipe. It's simple, easy, quick and instant. What else one can ask for?


What is No-Yeast Bread Recipe?
A recipe which doesn't call for active, instant or fresh yeast. So it doesn't call for proofing also which makes it instant. So how do we level this bread? Easy we use curd, baking and baking powder reaction. Simple!!!!!

Ingredients
1 cup (110g) old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/3 cup (175g) whole wheat flour
1 cup (130 g)all purpose flour190 g
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 cup (190 g) yogurt
1/4 cup (50 g)flavourless oil (veg, canola, sunflower)
1/4 cup (75 g) honey
1 large egg
3/4 cup (170 g) milk
Recipe
In a bowl mix all wet ingredients with oats. Let the oats soak liquid for 15-20 min.
In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients and mix well.
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and then transfer the mix to the loaf pan.
Bake the bread for 35-40 min at 180c. After it comes out of the oven apply some honey and oats for more flavour.
