Tips and Tricks for this recipe:

  1. Line your pan with non-stick foil or 2-3 layers of cling film. So that you can lift it from the pan and fudge can be taken out easily. If you will not use non-stick foil it will stick to it and will become a difficult job to remove.

  2. Make sure your ingredients like condensed milk and chocolate are at room temp. This helps in reducing their mixing time.

  3. To bring out maximum chocolate flavour salt plays a vital role. A pinch of salt would do the job. So don't forget to add it. In today's recipe, I am using salted butter and that will do my job.
