Updated: Jun 26, 2020
This is the easiest chocolate fudge recipe made with just 4 ingredients. The 2 driving forces in this recipe are condensed milk and super-rich chocolate. It's a simple treat that can be put together in just 2 minutes and these are best for sharing on festivals.

There are hundreds of different version of homemade fudge recipes available online and it can become overwhelming while choosing which one you want to make. Over the last 3 years, I have made so many fudge flavours at home. Today in spite of sharing a basic one I am here to show you how to make orange flavoured chocolate fudge. Believe me, they are better than others.
If you search online you will find both traditional and easy way to make fudge. I would suggest for now to go with the easy one. The traditional method is time-consuming and a bit complex. It would require you to be particular with temperature. The easy method uses sweetened condensed milk and all your hassles are gone.

Tips and Tricks for this recipe:
Line your pan with non-stick foil or 2-3 layers of cling film. So that you can lift it from the pan and fudge can be taken out easily. If you will not use non-stick foil it will stick to it and will become a difficult job to remove.
Make sure your ingredients like condensed milk and chocolate are at room temp. This helps in reducing their mixing time.
To bring out maximum chocolate flavour salt plays a vital role. A pinch of salt would do the job. So don't forget to add it. In today's recipe, I am using salted butter and that will do my job.
Some other recipes using Condensed Milk to try
Ingredients:
1/2 can(200 g) Nestle condensed milk
150 g chopped dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp orange zest
Recipe:
In a bowl add chopped chocolate and condensed milk. Heat the mixture in a microwave at 40 seconds intervals. You may have to repeat this procedure 2-3 times. After every 40 sec, do give the mixture a good mix.
At the end mix butter and orange zest.
Pour the mixture in a 6 by 6-inch layered pan. For the extra effect, I added some more orange bits on the top before freezing.
Keep the pan in the fridge for 4 hours. Overnight is preferred. Slice as per your choice and enjoy with your loved ones.
