Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding is a classic dessert that everyone just loves!! It's a quick dessert best for a treat and puts smile on everyone's face.
Who doesn't love chocolate? Well, I simply adore chocolate. Till now I have made so many chocolate recipes that I don't even remember the count. But when I came to know about this self-saucing pudding I was so curious to make, I tried 4-5 different recipes. Then my taste ended up with the given recipe.

What is Self-Saucing Pudding?
A pudding in which we have flavours of both cake and sauce. It's like on top you have cake and chocolate sauce on the bottom. I have tried the below recipe and it came out too good.
This pudding is a very simple recipe and it doesn't require any special kitchen equipment. Just a bowl and whisk will do your work. You can bake them over some dinner, festival or for your special days. They are best eaten when they are warm. I am serving mine with some dusted icing sugar. You can serve yours with some vanilla ice cream too. The secret to the best pudding is the flavour of chocolate you use. So always use the best chocolate to enjoy the best-flavoured pudding.

Which dish to use for baking?
There are no particular restrictions on the dish you use to bake these puddings. I am using my soup bowls and I was able to bake 3 puddings. You can use ramekins or even big coffee cups will work here. When you use different size of bowls the baking time changes. Be careful with that.
